Biwa Corporation Inc. is a totally independent investment-, development- and finance consortium specialized in amongst others:

Founded in 1999 with the purpose to build up a Real Estate portfolio by means of Dutch liaisoned corporations in mainly The Netherlands and Germany. These corporations are being managed and lead by the Dekron Group with offices in Amsterdam in the Netherlands and in Vienna in Austria.

Since our founding we have initiated and realized several projects, all at own risk and with own capital. At this moment we have approximately for € 60 million invested in current development projects and we have committed ourselves for approximately € 50 million in development plots and construction ready projects. Meanwhile we are always interested in investment opportunities and development projects. We also like to establish cooperation and participation opportunities with third parties.
